How long does delivery take?
Usually 7–14 business days with tracking, sometimes faster to major cities.
Can the carbon steel skillet go in the dishwasher?
Please don't — hand wash, dry on the heat, wipe with oil. Five seconds of care keeps the seasoning building.
Is the stoneware dishwasher and oven safe?
Yes — bowls and bake dishes handle dishwashers and ovens up to 250°C. Avoid direct stovetop and broiler elements.
How do I season or re-season carbon steel?
Thin layer of neutral oil, heat until it smokes lightly, cool, wipe. We send a card with every skillet — and we answer re-seasoning questions on WhatsApp with photos if needed.
Do you do wedding or housewarming sets?
Happily. Bundle pricing starts at three pieces, and we can pack a handwritten gift note. Message us the occasion.
What is your return window?
30 days unused, in original packaging. Faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded fully — see the Returns page.
