Rates

Free standard worldwide shipping on all orders over $60. Orders under $60 ship for a flat $8.90 worldwide. Express options (DHL / FedEx) are available and quoted per destination — message us for a quote.

Dispatch time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Transit time

Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Express shipping typically takes 3–6 business days. Public holidays may add a day or two.

Customs & duties

Import duties and taxes, if any, are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility. We declare all parcels accurately and at full value.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking hasn't updated for 7+ days or the parcel is marked delivered but missing, message us on WhatsApp or email support@voxorg.com — we open a carrier investigation and replace or refund confirmed-lost parcels.
