Returns & refunds

30-day window

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags attached. Hygiene items (ear pads for the massage gun, socks-style liners) can only be returned if the seal is unopened.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp or email support@voxorg.com with your order number and the reason. We send return instructions and the return address within one business day. Please do not ship anything back before we confirm.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived faulty.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We ship a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping — with no need to return the faulty item in most cases.

Exchanges

Wrong size? Start a return and place a new order for the correct size, or message us and we will hold your size while the return is in transit.
