Products & orders

We work hard to display products, prices and availability accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders and refund payments in full if a price or availability error occurs. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment is received through the payment link we provide. Payment card data is handled by our payment providers under their own security policies; we never store full card numbers.

Shipping & risk

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier-addressed destination. See the Shipping page for rates and times and the Returns page for the 30-day return window.

Warranty

Accessories are covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. Normal wear — chalked leather patina, fabric pilling from barbell contact, worn hook-and-loop — is not a defect. The percussion gun carries a separate 12-month electronics warranty.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at disruptive volume, no fraudulent orders, no interference with site security or availability.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
